sprinkles on top :: party pretties.

i've finally finished all the fun elements for sweet baby landri's baby sprinkle. i'm so glad wendi asked me to do these! i've had so much fun. i love the colors, the chevron stripes and the sweet ice cream cone theme. :)

sweet cupcake toppers & party rounds:

tent cards for food

foldover favor tags

this printable collection is customizable and available for purchase (along with the matching invitation & save-the-date). while it was created for a baby sprinkle, it would be super cute as a birthday party or bridle shower theme, also, don't you think?? :)

i would be more than happy to create additional custom pieces to go along with this collection, as well. if you are interested in purchasing this collection, or individual pieces from it, you may contact me at ekd.online@gmail.com. {keep in mind that the colors aren't nearly as vibrant in the format i have to use to post them on the blog... everything is so much more bright and beautiful in person.} :)

i can't wait to see pictures of wendi's baby sprinkle! hope they have lots of sweet fun celebrating baby landri! :)

with sprinkles on top :: invite.

i am having so much fun creating this collection for my friend, wendi in celebration of sweet baby landri. :)

she specifically wanted to include a pink & white chevron, girlie brights like pink, turquoise, lime & sunshine, with touches of sophisticated black. and, of course, the ice cream "with sprinkles on top" theme! i just love the way everything is coming together. {too bad the jpeg file i had to use to upload this image just doesn't do the colors any justice!}

included in the "party pretties" will be: cupcake toppers, water bottle labels, food label tent-cards, favor signs & favor tags, and an oh-so-fun banner to decorate the party place.

it's going to be precious, so stay tuned! :)

with sprinkles on top.

a college friend of mine is expecting her third baby, a sweet little girl named landri.

since there's not a whole lot they need in the baby gear department, they are celebrating with a baby "sprinkle," instead of a full-blown shower.

she asked me to create a save-the-date, invite & matching party pretties for the event.

this is the save the date. :)

i've had so much fun creating this little package... LOVE the ice cream with sprinkles theme! i'm hoping to get some pictures of all the little paper pretties in action at the party!

stay tuned for more from this "sprinkles on top" collection... would be precious for a birthday party, too! :)

rylie is TWO.

rylie elizabeth is a "big" 2-year-old now! we had a blast celebrating her birthday a couple weekends ago.

this was her super fun invitation. i'm proud of how it turned out.

i made everything (including the elmo & sesame street sign images) in microsoft word, because i have yet to learn how to use photoshop. i really need to do that, because i know it would cut down on my time and frustration! :)

there are some little things i'd change, but i think it's really cute, and the best part is, rylie got so excited each time she saw this invitation or the other party pieces i created. she'd start squealing, "mo-mo!!" which is 2-year-old for "elmo!!" :)

i'll post more pics of her party creations soon. right now, i need to call it a day so i can rest up for our big 4th of july trip to the zoo tomorrow! :)

happy fourth!

rylie's 2nd birthday party.

i'm in hyper-planning mode around here... why?? because rylie elizabeth is turning TWO next week!

and what is better for a little girl who LOVES elmo (or "mo-mo"), than a super girlie elmo party??!?

i created this save-the-date to send out digitally to friends and family to give myself time in the craziness of the end of the school year to create an invitation and get them printed and sent out. :)

i'm super excited about how everything is coming along... including these little "party dots" which will be punched out and used as cupcake toppers at the party... so fun, right??

stay tuned for more girlie-elmo fun. :) exactly one more week 'til party time! :)

bella ballerina.

our sweet emma kate had her first dance recital last week. it was so fun to see her point and twirl with the other little girls onstage. we may be biased, but i think we might have a little star-in-the-making on our hands... :)

to commemorate the event, i made a sweet little invitation to send to family & friends so they could mark their calendars and join us if possible.

i used tiny prints to create this girlie little beauty.

the body of the invitation is printed in chocolate ink in a font that i'm obsessed with for kid-friendly events, at the moment. it's called "peach fuzz!" so much fun, right?!?

take some time today to channel your own inner "twinkle-toes." dancing makes almost everything better. :) (especially when you're 5!)

strike up some fun.

i created this invitation digitally using a bowling invite from inviting company.

i love it - simple, fun, whimsy.

font is done in grenouille.

emma kate is turning three.

i am SO excited for emma's little fairy party this year. i can't believe she is going to be 3 years old. THREE years old! she's not a little baby girl anymore, that's for sure...

emma is in love with "tinkerbell" (sweetest disney movie out there, in my opinion!), so this year, we're all about fairies! i found this "fairy girl" invitation by inviting company. it's the perfect colors of a tinkerbell party, and the little girl even looks like my little fairy girl. when emma saw it for the first time, she giggled and said, "mommy... that's EMMA!" :)

the wording for this invite reads:

"a magical day it will be... Emma Kate is turning 3!

fairy wings, a wand, pixie dust & tutus -
become a real fairy at Tink's Workshop,
where these magical treats await you!

Come for a "fairy sweet" Tea Party
at Emma's Enchanted Fairyland..."

i found a great site where i can get wings for all the little girls for around $1.50/each, and a friend and i are going to make tutus, also... i can't WAIT!

i'll post pics of the sweet party soon... we've still got 3 weeks. :)

sweet baby kisses.

i am in love with this invitation from cross my heart!

my sweet friend michelle and her hubby jeremy are expecting their first child in october. their new baby girl will be named chloe faith... how sweet is that?

chloe faith's super cute nursery features cheerful bedding & accessories in coral, lime green and pale blue, so i wanted an invitation that showed off those colors. i was so excited when i found this one!

i printed the invitation in green & coral to match the geometric graphic on the paper. the clean font is "champagne & limosuines," and the scripty font is "monterrey."

i am sure that chloe faith will be just as bright, fun, and happy as this little invitation to a party in celebration of her little life! :)

afternoon tea.

how very sweet is this little invitation from prints charming paper? my friend missy's daughter, brynn, is turning 8, and she wanted to have her party at the american girl bistro at the galleria. she and a few select friends are going to have tea, a 5-course meal, and of course dessert, with their favorite american girl doll in tow! how fun is that? i can't wait to see pictures. :)

i picked marnie regular for the font, because i think it's just too sweet and elegant. i kept it simple and printed the text in black.

happy birthday, brynn! have so much fun at the party!

tickled pink.

this fun invitation was created for a sweet friend's baby shower that i am co-hosting in a couple weeks. the paper is inviting company's "madras mix," and i found some ribbon that matches the trim exactly! i was so excited about this invitation. even though it's not super babyish, it's super girly and cute.

candice is having her third baby (and second girl!), so we didn't want to over-kill the baby theme. everything is going to be chic and fresh, orange and pink, fun and whimsical. i thought this invitation complimented that theme perfectly. :) the printing is in chocolate and bright pink. the fonts are century gothic light (in all lowercase) and amelie... one of my favorites... for candice's name.

i'll post pics of our fun shower soon!

happy valentine's day.

i made these cards tonight for emma to hand out at her mother's day out party tomorrow.

i think they're pretty darn cute!
